B&S Building Services are the renovation specialists in the Forster / Tuncurry (NSW) area and they have been operating independently in the region since 1990. B&S Nelson pride themselves on the small but mighty team they have established – Steve is the head builder, Nikki (Steve’s wife) is the office manager and Steve Brown is the 2nd licensed builder. Additionally, they are buoyed by a customer-focussed support team and experienced reliable trades.

Steve works with a designer (draughtsperson or architect) closely from project inception, to have transparency over the design and the cost of the build, leaving no stone unturned, and provide realistic budgets to clients. Steve is PAC trained and understands the importance of full collaboration with all parties involved in the initial building stages.
