Once the design is approved, we provide an itemised proposal, which will enable you to see exactly what has been allocated for your home. This is not an estimate of what it will cost to build your home – we request direct prices from our suppliers. With many obstacles already overcome and prices provided by our suppliers, we are confident that your home will be delivered on budget, without any costly surprises. Once construction starts, we are able to hit the ground running from all of our previous input and knowledge of your home design.
