Forest to Coast Homes is a family-run company that specialises in creating and building custom-designed homes that not only reflect our clients but are synonymous with the South-West region, from the forest to the coast.

To achieve this, we form a design team consisting of our clients, designers, and ourselves as the building consultant and work closely together using the PAC process. Having us onboard during the design phase will increase the chances of your home being realised, practical, and on-budget, and it will enable us to offer expert advice on how to improve the buildability, liveability, and sustainability of your new home.

As we head into the construction phase, we will provide you with a detailed programme to ensure you know what’s happening with your build at any given time. We also offer weekly scheduled site visits or virtual walk-throughs so you can check out everything that we’ve been working on, see firsthand our quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, and ask any questions or discuss any potential issues that may arise.

During your build, you will get to work directly with Nathan Johns, our builder and site supervisor, who has over 16 years of experience in the building and construction industry. Nathan has mastered his craft and knows what it takes to create beautiful, quality homes. He prides himself on his integrity and exceptional craftsmanship. And if he’s not building? He is almost certainly fishing somewhere along the beautiful WA coastline.
