ELEVATE is a monthly membership program, where you join for a minimum of 6 months to begin. After that time, your membership will renew automatically each month. If you wish to cancel, we require 30 days notice.

If you join ELEVATE using the annual membership option (and receive one months free), your membership will renew annually on the same date you joined each year. If you wish to not renew, we require 30 days notice prior to your annual renewal date.

Any online course content is available via a special members' portal online, which you will have secure access to with your own personal login.

We have videos, audio and PDF downloads in there.

We hold all our online calls on Zoom, and we'll keep in touch with you via email.

Communication also happens in our private Facebook group and Slack channel.

When you join ELEVATE, you'll receive an invoice for your first payment, an email with your login instructions and a welcome email from us.

Your first 30 days are a tailored onboarding experience to ensure you get great support and results, and to help you set your 90 day goals. We do this because we know it gets results, and so you're not overwhelmed with information.

In these first 30 days, you'll:

• receive access to a special diagnostic tool that will help you set your 90 day goals
• be able to book a call with either of us (Duayne or Amelia) to discuss your 90 day goals so we can support you and keep you accountable
• also get access to the PAC Challenge (normally $1350 ex GST), and PAC Process specific systems in our SYSTEMS LIBRARY
• be able to join us for the live Zoom calls in the first 30 days

And then on Day 31, the remainder of ELEVATE will be opened to you, as well as LAUNCHPAD and the Build Smarter Fridays Sessions (unless you are already a member of these).

ELEVATE is perfect for builders who are just starting out, or moving from working for someone else into starting their own building business. As well as builders who are established, and even those who've been running their business for decades.

We have builders at all stages of their businesses, and time and time again, what we hear from the ones who've been in business for years is that they say "I wish I had this info when I was starting out - it would have saved me so much drama and I would have made so much more money." 

Knowing the business side is challenging, but we've helped builders do things the right way the first time, as well as get themselves out of trouble, turn their businesses around, and make a profit for the very first time.

You're able to share your course login with others within your building business so they can review the online course material.

However, there is only one spot per course membership in the Facebook group for our community and coaching.

Other members of your team are welcome to join us for the live Zoom calls we host twice per month.

If you'd like other business members to also have access to the Facebook group during your membership, get in touch with us for special discounted rates on additional memberships.

When you join ELEVATE, you get 30 days to see if it's a good fit for you, and you're able to terminate your membership within that time. To terminate, you need to get in touch with us at [email protected] prior to your first 30 days ending.

You do not receive a refund for your first month membership. If you wish to terminate before 30 days, you'll retain access to the PAC Challenge.

Once you are past your first 30 days, you are committed to 6 months membership, at the monthly recurring fee.

You may cancel your membership within your first 30 days.

After that:

> If you chose the monthly payment option when you joined, your minimum membership to ELEVATE is 6 months.

> If you chose the annual payment option when you joined, your minimum membership to ELEVATE is 12 months.

Your membership will automatically keep renewing on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option you chose when you joined.

We require 3 business days notice on [email protected] prior to your next payment date to process your cancellation, and your membership will terminate 30 days after your last payment date.

If the cancellation notice is sent less than 3 business days prior to your next payment, your next payment will be processed, and your membership will terminate 30 days after that payment.
